Service Description

allmylove.to (“the Service”) lets you create shareable countdown pages. You purchase digital credits, and each credit allows you to create one countdown.

Credits

Credits are digital goods tied to your account. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, resold, or moved to another account. Each credit entitles you to create one countdown page.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and payment-related customer support.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, allmylove.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
